Samuel Macaluso, age 75, of Byron Center,  passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 with his family around him. Samuel worked for Kelvinator for many years until closing and retired from Kentwood Public Schools.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominic and Mae Macaluso; In-laws, Joseph and Josephine D’Amico; brother-in-law, Frank D’Amico,  and nephew, Angelo Vulpetti.

 

Samuel is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Grace (D’Amico) Macaluso; daughter, Annmarie Overeiner; son, Paul Macaluso; grandson, Dylan Overeiner; brother, Joseph (Elizabeth) Macaulso; sister-in-law, Sherri D’Amico; special cousins, Frank (Nancy) D’Amico, many other cousins, nieces and nephews.

 

The family would like to thank the staff at Mercy Health Hospital. Due to Covid-19 no services will take place at this time.
