Rodell Jr. Bell, age 62, of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 3 2021. He was born in Grand Rapids on December 4, 1958. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Betty Bell. Rodell is survived by his siblings, Robin Streeter, Theresa Bell, Jessy Melton, Sam Melton, Sherry Whitehead, Mark Melton; niece, Kennetha Bell; nephews, Kevin Bell, Charles Bell, Andre Bell, Kenneth Bell; a host of cousins, loved ones and friends.

Rodell was passionate about dancing and his faith in God. He had a wonderful sense of humor. His kind personality could light up any room.

He will be truly missed.

A memorial service to honor Rodell’s life is to be determined.

The family would like to thank Grace Episcopal Church, First United Methodist, West Ministries and everyone else that pitched in to help with Rodell’s home going.

    A memory i have with my Uncle is from when i was around the age of 9 or 10, i spent a night over my aunt’s house and we were going to church the next morning and that was my first time that i can remember attending church.. i sat with him and i smiled the whole service he just knew how to brighten up anyone’s mood, so silly.

    RODELL will truly be miss I will always remember him to this day when we use to drink together and he did talk alot of stuff but he was one of them person will help you out no matter what and he will be miss my heart gose out to the family RIH RODELL jr Bell love bro
