Richard Lee Steffensen, age 71, of Lansing, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.  He was born January 10, 1949 in Greenville to Elmer Andres & Beatrice Grace (Stafford) Steffensen.
