Patricia L. Loveless, age 67, of Middleville, passed away on April 1, 2020.

 

She was born on July 3, 1952, in Chicago.

 

Survived by her husband, David Dombrowski, his three children – Jennifer, Patrick, and Mary – and her stepdaughter, Jennifer Loveless. Our patchwork family produced 3 grandchildren – Abigail, Ellison, and Samuel, who were truly Pati’s delight. She is also survived by her two older brothers, Nicholas and Robert Loy. Pati was a teacher for over 30 years. She worked with troubled and special needs children, the last 20 years at East Kentwood High School. After Pati retired, she became a therapeutic horseback-riding instructor, and for 15 years worked as a volunteer and riding instructor at both YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin and Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center. Pati’s cheerful and generous spirit, courage, and sense of responsibility have touched many people in this community. Pati loved music and dancing and requested that her memory be celebrated with a Ceili – a traditional Irish dance gathering.

 

A date of memorial service will be determined at a later date.
