Mr. Oakes was a true gentlemen. I worked with Mike at Maclean Hunter CATV in the 80’s . It was always a pleasure listening to his stories about all his adventures in scouting and in life. He loved his family dearly and always spoke highly of his kids and his loving wife Claudia. My heartfelt condolences to the family. May he rest in peace. God bless.
