Martha Lane Frye, age 78, of Stanton, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. The daughter of Arthur & Artie McDaniel, she was born on February 26, 1943 in Middleport, Ohio.
On February 20, 1972, in Gallipolis, Ohio, she married William Kenneth Frye and together they enjoyed years of marriage until Bill passed away on February 14, 2012.

I am also a niece of Aunt Martha Frye .My Dad was one of her older brothers Late Clarence (Doc) McDaniel I have a lot of special memories of Aunt Martha she was always so kind and loving making us feel special and loved by sending cards and calls just to tell you she loved you. I remember the Christmas candy canes decorations they made her & Lisa gave us.Very Beautiful. And her singing gospel songs with my Aunt Carol &Uncle Sid Hayman.We loved Aunt Martha she will never be forgotten Love and Prayers To The Family.
I am another niece of Aunt Martha .My Dad was her older brother the Late Clarence (Doc) McDaniel.She always would be the first to call or send cards just to make you feel special. She will be greatly missed. Praying for the family.
I am another niece of Aunt Martha Frye. My Dad was one of the older brothers The Late Clarence Edward McDaniel they called him Doc. Aunt Martha Frye always sent cards and would surprise me with phone calls just to say she couldn’t forget me on my birthday !! She was always special to everyone. We will miss her and I know The Family will. Your in our prayers 🌹🌹
