Larry Selby, 68, of Allegan, passed away on March 4, 2020 at Ely Manor under the loving care of his family and Heartland Hospice. The son of Robert & Joanne (Ickler) Selby, he was born on September selby 2 224x300 6, 1951 in Allegan.

Larry worked for Lifesavers in Holland for over 30 years and retired from Parker-Hannafin. He had a passion for farming which he shared with his son & grandson. He often shared this past time by taking his grandson to the weekly livestock auction. Larry also enjoyed hunting. He will be remembered for the numerous silly pranks he would pull on his grandkids. Larry most enjoyed time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donny Selby; and sister, Juanita Munger. Surviving are his daughter, Leann & Arden Adams; son, Sam Selby; grandchildren, Brandon Riley, Emma Riley, and Faith Selby; siblings, Floyd & Roxanne Selby, Keith & Paulette Selby, Lois DeVriendt, Barb & Mark Russell, Sally & Bruce Brinks, and Daryl Selby.

Committal Services will be held Saturday, March 28th, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the New Salem Cemetery, Burnips.
Following committal services family invites you to join in a time of food and fellowship at the New Salem Township Hall, 3003 142nd Avenue, Dorr, 49323.

    I’m so sorry. I not a day goes by that I don’t think of how much fun we could have just talking about nothing. I wish that my kids could have had a chance to meet him. Not a day will go by that I will not think of him.
