Well sis now that you walking on streets of gold, praising our Lord Jesus Christ, enjoying the beauty of your new Heavenly home, walking with saints, and I know that you looked up the angels that stood over your bed side night after night while in the hospital. Am sorry that we didn’t get to have our family dinner with that strawberry shortcake that you wanted so bad. Enjoy your new body all healed and renewed. Can’t wait to see you again and we will have all of eternity to do what the Lord has in store for us. Psalms 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them.

Auntie, I cry just thinking about you! You were a great aunt that always believed in me! You were at all our special events! I still remember all the sweet special times we had together when you cared for my mother during her last few weeks! Wish I could have been able to see you in the hospital! I love you! See you again soon! Give my parents and grandparents a kiss for me….love you!

As the song says, I can only imagine what you are experiencing right now as you look upon the face of our Lord and Savior with your healed and perfect body. We are thankful that someday we will be united around the throne.

I will forever feel blessed for the way you always welcomed me into your home. You helped me become a better person. I’m not sure how I would’ve survived those teenage years without you. Love and prayers for you and your family always.

    Larry and Carole DeShane

Our love for you ways heavily on our heart that you are now gone from us. The only thing that helps is that we know that you are in a better place and that you no longer suffer for the Lord is taking care of you. There are so many memories from our child hood that will always be in my heart as well as the card parties and the dinners that we shared together. Our family was always close and the love for each other was strong. Carole and I miss you but we know we will be together in the end with the Lord. I am sure you are looking down on us with a smile.

We will miss you, Kay, but are glad to know you are with your Father! Pat will miss her only sister, and the many times of playing cards and just visiting together. We are pray for God’s comfort and peace for her family and friends at this trying time. It is hard to be so far away and kept apart at these special times by “social distancing”. Giving each of you a virtual hug.

Aunt Kay was a wonderful woman who cared deeply for her family. She spent a great deal of her time caring for my mother before she died. I will always be grateful for her kind spirit and generosity to our family in our time of need. She will be deeply missed.
