Mr. Jack Pennell, age 70, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020. Jack retired from P&F Supply in Grand Rapids and enjoyed buying and selling antiques and going to the casino with family, where he especially had fun with his niece, Deonna. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph & Marjorie Pennell; and parents-in-law, Gerald & Victoria Bohr. Surviving are his wife, Sue; brother, Michael (Cathy) Pennell; sister, Marjorie R. Pennell of Chicago; sisters-in-law, Mary (Tom) Bruck of Monroe, and Barb (Steve) VanderLaan of Charlotte; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be determined at a later date. For anyone that wishes to donate in his memory, in lieu of flowers, he would have appreciated donations to Degage Ministries or Crash’s Landing. I have not seen nor talked to Jack for a number of years, but as we are the same age and had a lot of contact in our youth, that’s how I see him now. Another piece of the fabric of our lives has been torn away.
My sympathies are extended to his family and close friends.
