Henry “Bones” George Bolt, age 72, of Dorr and Howard City, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2019. He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on October 13, 1947, to the late George and Johanna (Groen) Bolt. Henry served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After his time in the service Henry worked many years as an avid builder of homes all over Michigan. He loved working with horses, was known to spoil any and all children, liked buying and selling at auctions, and enjoyed barrel racing whether it was watching his daughter or racing himself.

Survivors include his daughter, Mandy Bolt; brothers, George and Bill (Jean) Bolt; sister-in-law, Joanne Peltz; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Bonnie McMichael; brother, Frank Peltz; and nephew, Ronnie McMichael.

Per his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorials can be donated to Zeeland Spectrum Health Hospice.
