Almeda was the best sister that anyone could ever hope to have and was a wonderful part of my life. She took care of me when I was little and made my life fun. She would make fudge and popcorn to go along with the movies we watched on the weekends when mom and dad went out and she always made wonderful things for me like paper dolls with lots of clothes and little outfits so I could pretend I was a ballerina or a cowgirl. When we got older and ran around together more, we had such fun and many great adventures of exploring old houses, going to antique stores/rummages, thrift stores, then working at the flea market to sell our great finds. She was always there for me and she’ll always have a place in my heart until we meet again in Heaven some day. I love her dearly and will always miss her.
    Love, Linda

Aunt Almeda was always so good to me when we would visit. I loved visiting her and remember her for having a lucky cricket in the house. My heartfelt condolences to my cousins.

My mom was the true definition of what a loving mother should be. She was loving, giving, kind, had the sweetest heart of anyone I’ve ever known. She loved all of Gods creatures and all the beauty of nature. She was funny, selfless, gentle, and so loving to all of her children. She instilled good morals and values in each of us, and she had a strong inner core. Through her example my sister Lori and myself grew up to be good, strong, independent women. I’ve always been so proud to call her my mom. She will be missed by so many down here. I love you mom.
