Garrett Orrin Anderson, age 37, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020.
He was born on December 31, 1982, in Tacoma, Washington to Gary & Kathleen (Johnson) Anderson.
Garrett enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in March of 2009 and reached the rank of Sergeant before being honorably discharged in 2013. While serving he received the Navy Unit Commendation, Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with 1 star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Three Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, NATO Medal -ISAF Afghanistan and Certificate of Commendation.
