Donna Marie Jones-Wilson, 85, of Otsego passed away on February 07, 2020 at home under the loving care of her family and Heartland Hospice.

The daughter of Orville Anthony & Velda May (Doubblestien) Robar, she was born on December 01, 1934 in Gun Plain Township.  On November 1st, 1953 in Otsego, MI, she married Raymond Francis Jones, her high school sweetheart. Together, they enjoyed 42 years of marriage and raised 4 children.

Donna was a 1953 graduate of Otsego High School. Donna worked various office jobs over the years, but her favorite job was working at the dog track in Florida where she moved after Raymond passed away in 1995. She moved back to Michigan about 2 years ago to be closer to family. Donna enjoyed her family and grandkids most. She loved traveling and had visited quite a lot of places across the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ray; daughter, Theresa; and baby sister, Leah.
Surviving are her children, Denise Jones (Ray Vanderwood), Steven Jones (Sandy) and Lynda (Todd); grandchildren, Shane, Kristen, Jamie, Tony, Billy, Brad, Brandon, Dana, and Katelyn; and many great grandchildren.

    I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought of you yesterday, and days before that too. I think of you in silence, and often speak your name. All I have are memories, and your picture in a frame. Your memories are a keepsake, for which I’ll never part. God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart.
