Connie Lee Antes, age 68, of Gowen, passed away Monday afternoon, November 22, 2021 at her home under the loving care of her family and Spectrum Health Hospice.  The daughter of Elaine Frances (Gabrick) & Frank George Novak, she was born on March 2, 1953 in Grand Rapids. 

Connie had worked at the former Drake Products in Greenville in quality control and enjoyed spending time with her family and crafting.

On November 30th, 1996 at Spencer Mills Church, she married Robert Mitchell Antes and together they enjoyed 25 years of marriage. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.  Surviving are her husband, Bob Antes of Gowen;  a daughter, Amy Gibbons;  a grandson, Bradon Ensign;  a brother, Frank G. Novak;  a sister, RoxAnne & Michael Barry;  two nieces, Bailey Barry and Riley Barry; parents-in-law, Robert L Antes & Louise Antes; siblings-in-law Rebecca & Bill Sledge, Billie Jo & Mike Ingram;  Jeffrey Antes, and Jason & Sarah Antes, and their families.
