Betty Jean (Lee) Sutterer, age 95 of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. She was born March 22, 1927 in St. Paul, Minnesota, to the late Dr. Andrew A. (Doc) and Inga (Myhre) Lee. Betty was a devoted Lutheran who loved playing cards with her friends, and adored her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Steve Sutterer; grandsons, David and Mathew Sutterer; and great granddaughter, Quilla.
She is preceded in death by her husband William F. Sutterer and her son Michael.
Per her wishes there are no formal services at this time. There will be a service early summer 2023.

Aunt Betty was an amazing woman! So sorry I was unable to see you for so many years, but you never left my heart.
My deepest regards and sympathy for Steve and his family during this time of mourning. Mrs. Betty Sutterer a generous and energetic spirit who opened her arms, her heart and her hearth to me when I roomed with Steve at St. Olaf College. I always enjoyed her caring hospitality, greetings, birthday well wishes, and friendship over the years. She was proud of her family and rightfully so. She will be missed with love.
