Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.

Ashley Lewis, age 25, left her earthly home unexpectedly on Monday, January 2, 2023. Preceded in death by grandparents Mary and Don Lewis, she now joins them in paradise. She was loved and adored by her parents, Chris and Erin Lewis and brother Greg, nephew Kayne, niece Kyla, grandparents Cecil and Denise Lambers and too many amazing aunts, uncles and cousins to count.

On September 11, 1997, Ashley came out of the womb swinging. From the moment she was born, Ashley was the heartbeat of her family and her family was her whole world. Her piercing blue eyes,

spunky soul and huge heart would bring smiles to everyone. She colored her world in pink and sparkles and loved creating, baking and crafting. Ashley was always in charge and ruled her roost with a golden heart. She used technology to stay connected with everyone she loved. She was never more than a FaceTime from anyone and many felt comforted and safe knowing she was tracking their location.

Ashley was no stranger to hospital visits, surgeries or to the ICU staff. She was a warrior, a fighter and ALWAYS came back on top. The list of amazing people that cared for her over the years is exhaustive.

She touched the lives of everyone that cared for her and they touched hers. The family extends their deepest appreciation and love to everyone that cared for Ashley. Words cannot express their eternal gratitude.

A celebration of Ashley’s life is planned for later this year.

Though I didn’t know Ashley personally, I was sorry to hear of her passing. She seemed to have such a warrior spirit. She was an example to us all of living with difficulties with a positive attitude.
Rest of in peace, dear girl. You have many loved ones to reunite with.❤️❤️

Our sadness is great as well as our sympathy for all of you who loved Ashley so much. Please know that you have all been in our thoughts and prayers over the past weeks and we will continue to ask God to fill the space in your hearts with comfort and joyful memories. I too miss her FB posts and her sparkling positive attitude. She gave so much inspiration and love to so many. It brings me peace to know that she was greeted in heaven by so many who left before her and now is in the arms of Jesus. We look forward to sharing memories and celebrating her life with all of you.
