My sincerest condolences for your loss. I met Amy, her mother, and father, as well as both daughters at the end of 2018. I was, at the time, working at River Oaks Apartments. Amy was always very cheery and a friendly face to see around the property. I transferred with my company at the end of 2020, Amy was one of the residents that was seen at all resident events, always with her daughters and always someone who I could have a genuine conversation and connection with. When I moved to North Carolina, she cried, and gave me a hug. It is one of the things I love most about my job, making connections, creating relationships, to which she definitely stood out. She will be missed. Much peace and love to Betty and the kids, an amazing family. You are in my thoughts.
