As a child, Sis. Blackmore served as my Godmother. She took this role seriously in that she cared for me from time to time and always made sure that Christmas was a special time for me. I’ll never forget how she would pick me up and take me to ATT where they had a celebration with many toys for children. These are memories I’ll never forget. Beyond that, she was a person who always encouraged me. When I was around her I always felt special. When I visited last year, she still encouraged me, making me feel special!

I thank the Lord for her life and legacy. To the family, I wish my condolences and will pray your strength during this time of loss.
