Victor Paul Foster, age 63, of Greenville, passed away Monday morning, October 8, 2018 at his home under the loving care of his wife and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of Paul Eugene & Beatrice Elaine (Getts) Foster, he was born on May 25, 1955 in Grand Rapids. Victor proudly served with the 1073rd Maintenance Company in the Michigan National Guard and worked at the former Electrolux Home Products until the plant closed in 2006.
On August 16, 1996, in Stanton, he married Deborah Joan Wilson and together they enjoyed 22 years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul E. Foster on May 21, 1965.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah Foster of Greenville; his mother, Beatrice Osborne; two children, Paul Foster and Kasey Waldron; three step-children, Kelly & Jeff MacDonald, Wendy Roberts, and Paul & Sherri Roberts II; three sisters, Paula Aper, Bonnie & Virgil Hopkins, and Kathy & Bruce Burr; two brothers, David Foster and Al Foster; his father-in-law, Larry Wilson & Paula Brancheau; seventeen grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 1-2 p.m. on Thursday at Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville, where military honors, jointly rendered by the Michigan National Guard and the Ray I. Booth American Legion Post 101, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Burial will take place privately.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Vic since I worked at Rite Aid years ago. He was a very sweet guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family.
As Vic’s youngest sister. I remember our trip to California in the early 1970’s. It was a great adventure, we all had a lot of fun!!! Love Kathy-á
