Vickie E. Gooden, age 56, of Muskegon passed away Friday morning June 22, 2012 at Mercy Health Partners-Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. The daughter of Robert L. and Jacqueline E. (Minzey) Heaton, Vickie was born on December 18, 1955 in Flint.

Surviving are her daughters; Samantha and Lynn Gooden of Muskegon, a son Marcus Gooden; grandchildren, Taylor Bonham, Madysyn Pankow and Angel Hanes; a son-in-law, Patrick Pankow and her fiance, Don McDowell.

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
