Theresa Marie Shefsky, 56, passed away Thursday, April 4th, 2019, at home under the care of Spectrum Health Hospice, with her family at her side.

The daughter of William & Denise (O’Brien) Shefsky, she was born August 9, 1962 in Royal Oak.

Theresa will be remembered for her love of the outdoors, she enjoyed being out in nature and had a passion for fishing. Theresa also loved gaming.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Tina Wilson. Theresa is survived by her life partner, Sharon Hughes; Sharon’s son, Charles; brother, William Shefsky Jr., brother-in-law, Greg Wilson; brother & sister-in-law, Duwayne & Jen Ruggirello; nieces, Sara, Rylie, Kimberly, and Annie; nephew, Evan; great niece, Liddy; and great nephew, Dwayne; along with many beloved friends.  

Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. No services have been planned at this time.
