Teresa Kaye Davis, age 68, of Greenville, passed away Tuesday morning, November 24, 2015 under the loving care of her family and Heartland Hospice at her daughter's home. The daughter of Gerald R. & Gerladine (Pirkle) Dishon, she was born on June 10, 1947 in Oakland City, Indiana.
On November 10, 1988, in Rockford, she married Ward E. Davis, who preceded her in death in 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are her eight children, Glen Snyder & Wanda Johnson of Greenville, Lynee Kapp of Sheridan, Eric & Linda Snyder of Greenville, Sara & Mark Peters of Grand Rapids, Elizabeth & Adam Zamora of Buckeye, Arizona, John M. & Heather Snyder of Sheridan, Karyn & David Smith of Greenville, South Carolina, and Kristin & Philip Carstensen of Greenville; twenty grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a brother, Gerald & Marsha Dishon of Iowa.
Visitation is from 12-1 p.m. on Friday at Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rev. Father Michael Cilibraise will preside and rite of committal will follow at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery, Greenville.
