Tad J. Jensen, age 50, of Wyoming, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Laurels of Sandy Creek surrounded by family. 

The son of Thomas & Karen (Read) Jensen, he was born September, 21, 1965 in Lagrange, IL.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
