Suzanne Marie Brown, age 78, of Dearborn, Canadian Lakes, and Rockford, passed away Friday morning, December 27, 2019 at her home near Rockford under the loving care of her family and Spectrum Health Hospice.  

The daughter of William Henry & Bette Mary (Kingsbury) Ritchie, she was born on June 13, 1941 in Kalamazoo.  On May 6, 1961, in Dearborn, she married Robert William Brown, Jr. and together they raised three children and enjoyed 56 years of marriage.
 
Suzanne retired from Dearborn Federal Credit Union, where she worked as a loan officer.  She enjoyed golfing, boating, quilting, baking and spending time with her beloved dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents;  and her husband, Robert W. Brown Jr.
 
Surviving are her children, Beth Ann & Christopher Donnelly of Grand Rapids, Robert W. & Laurie Brown III of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and James & Colleen  Brown of Dearborn;  and four grandchildren, Kyle & Laurel Donnelly, Nicholas Donnelly, Alexander Brown, and Danielle Brown.  

Honoring her wishes, no services will be held.  Instead of flowers, contributions in Suzanne's memory to Spectrum Health Hospice would be appreciated.
