Steven Joseph Palenica, age 56, passed away on late Thursday evening, June 23, 2011 under the loving care of his family and Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan at his sister’s home in Marcellus.

The son of Stephen and Julia (Houlihan) Palenica, he was born in Chicago on on September 24, 1954, and worked as a professional truck driver.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
