Sharon Mae Proctor, 73, of Carson City passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Laurels of Carson City surrounded by family and friends  The daughter of John & Donna (Johnson) Morrison, she was born on April 13, 1944 in Middleton.

Sharon graduated from Fulton High School and earned her Associate's degree in Business from Montcalm Community College.

Sharon spent her whole life in the Middleton-Carson City area, where she served as a paraprofessional with the Carson City Crystal Area Schools, retiring after 20 years of service. Her greatest joy was spending time with friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Marc Jarold Proctor; and brother William Morrison. Surviving are her daughter, Jodi & Mike Arrowood of Greenville; sisters, Shirley Morrison of Middleton and Linda Morrison also of Middleton; a grandson, 1st Lt. Ryan Arrowood serving in the United States Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida; and her adopted grand daughter, Tiffany Proctor of St. Johns.

Memorial services are at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017, St. Mary's Hall, Carson City. Pastor Reid Martin will officiate and a luncheon will immediately follow the ceremony.  Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Contributions in memory of Sharon can be directed to either the Disabled Veterans of America or Spectrum Health Hospice.
