Scott Allen McPhall, age 29, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Saint Mary’s Health Care in Grand Rapids.
The son of Percilla Lessard, he was born on June 24, 1981 in Muskegon and worked in the food industry.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and memorial services are being planned.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company.
