Ruth May Ensink, age 91, of Hudsonville, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Providence Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.

The daughter of Howard & Elma (Guilinger) Wertz, she was born on February 3, 1924 in Jackson, Michigan.

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
