I am your oldest cousin, the first born to the Larsen children. Martha was my Mother. I want you to know that your parents were very special to me. Did you know that they lived upstairs in our house at 920 Orange Street for awhile. Now, I don’t know how they managed, but I do know they were happy and full of fun. I was probably 3 or 4 years old at the time. We all had to go to the outdoor toilet house. Then they lived there again for several months after my Mother died and they sold their house. Polly gave me many perms over the years and tried to help me with beauty tips. Your parents helped me a great deal when my Mother died. I had to make a fast trip from CA, and they helped me with funeral arrangements. I was sad when they moved from Greenville; it seemed they were such a part of it. I always looked forward to being with them when I came back. I regret very much not keeping up with them after they moved. My cousin and yours, Paul Christensen, is the one who let me know of your loss of both of your parents. I know they had many wonderful years together, and you must have many wonderful memories.
    Love
    Cousin Pat
