Russell B. Miller, age 80, of Spencer Township, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Spectrum Health-United Hospital, Greenville.  The son of Carl & Bessie (Ebare) Miller, he was born on July 3, 1936 and spent most of his career as a dry wall contractor.
