Rosemary Kubasiak, age 62, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Mercy Health Saint Mary’s Campus.

The daughter of Joseph & Mary (Yowaish) Bancevich, she was born on August 8, 1952 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
