Richard Oliver Waldo, age 89, of Luther, passed away at Spectrum Health Rehab & Nursing Center – Reed City on Saturday, May 5, 2018.  The son of George W. & Leola L. (Wetzel) Waldo, he was born on February 7, 1929 in Dowagiac.
