Richard H. Speerstra, age 89, of Lowell, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at the Grand Rapids Home For Veterans.

The son of Benjamin & Matilda (Fase) Speerstra, he was born on September 11, 1923 in Lowell.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
