Much love and prayers to Barb and family.

Paster Dan always had special hugs for my mom.
She used to watch for him at church just to get her hug.
Although due to Alzthiemers, she doesn’t remember, but we always will treasure that memory.
Very special man, will be missed by all

My prayers are with the family during this time of sorrow. Knowing that he is in Heaven and not suffering anymore will give you comfort that you need to get through. My husband Cliff served as a deacon under his ministry at North Casnovia Baptist. Now they are both in Heaven free from pain, he was a pastor that I could talk too and helped me make some decisions that I was questioning. RIP my dear friend.

Nancy and I have been friends with Dan and Barb for nearly 50 years. Dan was a groomsman in our wedding 49 years ago and there have been many good memories over the years! But it has been this past year that has been most precious for me. Since last August Dan and I met numerous times for fellowship, reflection and prayer. Dan was always concerned and prayerful for family and friends and our prayer time was something I always looked forward to. I miss my brother but know one day weGÇÖll see each other again! Our love and prayers go out to Barb and the family!

Pastor Dan spent some time with us at Robinson Baptist Church in Grand Haven quite a few years ago. He left a lasting impression with me, of how fun he was and how much I learned from him. He was a Great man of God who had a way teaching that really stuck with you. To all his family and friends, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Puritan Thomas Watson said “Heaven is such a happy place the angels wouldn’t wish to leave it for a minute!” Thankful my friend is now safely in his happy place. We will be praying for the family.

I first got to know Dan when he became Pastor of North Cas Baptist Church and we were a supported missionary in Liberia in the 1980’s. I appreciated his support of our work then and throughout the years that followed! A man of great love and wisdom. What a great legacy to pass along for all those who knew him!
