Graveside committal services, with full military honors rendered by the U.S. Navy, will be held next week at Mojave Cemetery in California.

Instead of flowers, Pastor LeRoy would have appreciated contributions in his memory to the Living Faith Family Church.

Eternal Life

From Where Eagles Fly By Rev. Jack Countryman

Though I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, I didnt die with my last breath. I only moved on to life above, to be bathed forever in my Saviors love.

I didnt die, I just stepped through the door.

Im more alive than ever before. The battle is fought, the victory is won. All weakness and pain forever are gone.

Though my eyes were dim when you saw me last, all dimness and darkness are gone and passed.

I see once again, as in childhood hours, the beautiful fragrant eternal flowers.

No, I didnt die with my last breath. I just closed my eyes, and laid down to rest.

Its been almost 3years and still fighting the the feelings of missing this great man of God. Pastor Leroy you helped God mold me into greatness. Word can’t say enough for what you have done for me. I try to think about God’s planed for you in glory how it had to be more then here on earth. The voice of the lord echoed so loud we heard thunder the day you walked through those gates and the lord said job well done thy faithful servant. You are irreplaceable. Now I stand with knowledge engraved in my heart from your fervent and uncompromising preaching. Thank-you so much. It will not go void. I promise to fight the good fight of faith to bring people to the one and only true God. Amen

Pastor Lynda and family, We will miss Pastor very much. He was our spiritual leader as well as our friend. Chuck & I grew very much sitting under his ministry, even though he stepped on our toes occasionally and Chuck knew he had a microphone at our house. Chuck will miss all the times that Pastor told him he loved him and taught him to give without receiving. We know he is in the arms of Jesus and singing Jesus a new song he has written. We love you and know God will guide you through this difficult time.

Pastor Leroy Dyke was one of the few that I can truly say was a good and Holy man. We grieve with the family, because we will miss him. And we rejoice with the family, knowing that Pastor Dyke is with the Lord. No more pain, no tears, no struggles. Only peace and joy in the arms of Jesus Christ.

“My other daughter” is what you would call me before Jennifer moved up here. I felt like your daughter too, you and Pastor Lynda were so warm and inviting and so full of love. I learned more than I ever have, sitting in your services. You helped me grow and find the strength when I needed it most. You will be greatly missed, but we all know your in a magnificent place and peace is in knowing we will meet again someday.
