Randy Lee North, age 59, of Hastings, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017 at the Laurels of Bedford surrounded by family.
The son of George Allen & Mary Katherine (Lamb) North, he was born on January 14, 1958 in Flint. Randy was a proud U.S. Army Veteran.
Randy was preceded in passing by his parents; brothers, Adolf Mitchell, and George A. North Jr. He is survived by his daughters, Andrea North, and Amanda North; grandchildren, Zachary, Cameron and Dominick; sisters, Debra Kay Weiss, Mary Jean Meyers, and Tina Marie Wandrea; his beloved of many years, Juanita Shotts North; as well as many other friends and family members.
A committal service with full military honors will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Rd., Augusta.

My sympathy and prayers for Nita. Only God knows the time you invested in Randy and doing all you could to help him. May God comfort you as only He can. God brought Randy into your life for a reason, and He works all things for our good. My prayers also for Randy’s family at this time.
