Patricia Muriel Eikhoff, age 84, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids.

The daughter of James & Charlotte (Cunningham) Sala, she was born on February 13, 1928 in Wyoming and worked as a secretary.

Survivors include her brother, Jim Sala of Wyoming and sister Delores J. Leslie of Grand Rapids

Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
