I was praying for you on the way to GCC this morning. I tried to imagine what it would be like to “continue on” in work and in life, etc. without Mom. I couldn’t go down that road very far, b/c of how dear Mom is to me, as I know Mom was to you! The consolation I took was Paul’s reminder from 1 Thess 4: “we do not grieve like those who have no hope…” I’m praising God for Mom’s home-going; I’m asking God for the kind of strength for you and your family that will help you more than “survive” but to continue to “thrive”. We love you and Amy and are lifting you up.
