To Roxanne and Milt’s Family…. Our deepest sympathy in your loss. Milt exemplified the meaning of a “hard and dedicated worker”. His presence, his work ethics, his kind sole and friendship is and, will continue to be deeply missed here at Phase II Electric, Inc. It was this kind of character that, upon his diagnosis, he continued to fight hard. They just don’t make them like you anymore Milt Mansfield… It was our honor and pleasure to have had the opportunity to know and work with you. Rest in peace dear friend, rest in peace.
