Merle E. Woods, age 55, of Big Rapids, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at Spectrum Health Big Rapids Hospital. The son of Robert & Patricia Ann (Woods) Harper, he was born on November 20, 1962 in Eugene, Oregon.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Woods and Matthew Woods, both of Arkansas.

My thoughts and condolences go out to all of Merle’s family. I had known him since the 70s and dated him in my 9th year of junior high school. He was always a happy kind of guy and I loved dancing with him. He will forever be in my heart. RIP Merle….
