What can be said about one of our oldest and dearest friends? Marj and Julie were life-long friends, and Tim and Mark were life-long friends. After Tim met Marj at Lake Louise United Methodist camp while we were all teen-agers, they eventually introduced us to each other. And the rest is history.
We’re all so saddened by our abrupt loss, but also so VERY blessed by having known the angel on Earth which Marj was. Her memories will live on, and Heaven is an even more joyful place with her in the company of Jesus and all our friends and family who’ve gone before us. You’re gone from our Earthly lives, but with us always Marj! We love you all, and our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Haney and Lawton families. Mark & Julie

My heart aches for all of you in the loss of Marj so suddenly… sending prayers, hugs and love as you celebrate her life and learn to live without her physical presence. May God’s promise of eternal life bring hope, peace and comfort to your hearts and souls.

I have so many fond memories I will pick a few of my favorite. I remember Marj calling me from the hospital to tell me you had a baby boy. She was so happy to be a mother and you were so excited to be a dad. I remember our trip to Mackinaw Island when we found the old fort that was a fun fall trip. I can’t believe she is gone. I know she is where she is meant to be with our heavenly father. God Bless the Haney and Lawton Families you are in my thoughts and prayers.
