Margaret Ann Ratz, age 60, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Freida (Wendell) Hoonhorst; and three brothers.

Surviving are a son, Joshua Ratz; her former husband, Ted Ratz — who remained supportive and a friend of the family; five brothers; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering is next Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. at Heartland Health Care Center, 2320 East Beltline S.E., Grand Rapids. Memorial contributions may be directed to Heartland Hospice.
