Just thought about Lester the other day and said that I need to look him up and talk about the old days. Lester worked for my father and uncles in the late seventies and early eighties at Demmink’s nursery. We worked together a lot and hung out after work, mostly at the Byron Hotel and road cruising in the country. Never a dull moment ! Would like to give my condolences to all who are related and were friends of “Buck” as was his nick name then. He was very good friends with my cousin Laraine Sikkema “Mimi ‘who passed away in 1984.Sorry about not getting with you sooner buddy. Will miss you much. I’ll raise up a Stroh’s beer for you old friend. Rick Demmink
