One of our heroes has met His Jesus…oh how happy he must be! …though this leaves a hurting in the hearts of those of us left here to walk this earth a little longer. Mac Brake …you have been a hero to our family and you are GREATLY missed! We love you with every ounce of love bestowed on us by our Father. XOXO

Mac was always full of smiles and had a kind word or encouragement. So excited to know that he is now singing in Gods presence!
Joan, we are praying for Gods peace and comfort for you and all of your family.

Sincere sympathy at Mac’s passing. He was a few years older than I am, but remember him from church when I was a kid.

My fondest memories of Mr. Mac are from when I was a kid. I always wanted to be a writer and whenever I wrote a story, I’d send it to Mr. Mac. He loved to read them and almost every Sunday he asked when I’d have a new one for him. Though I ultimately stopped writing, I love thinking back to how he encouraged me to pursue my childhood passions.

Mac’s kindness will forever be in our memories and our hearts.

Joan, I know where dad now lives and believe he knows our sorrow at his homecoming. Please know we are here for you and look forward to celebrating dad’s life and legacy with you in WV next month. You are in our prayers and thoughts!
