Jon E. Reque, age 66, of Wayland, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at The Laurels of Sandy Creek.
The son of Styrk & Ann (Doyle) Reque, he was born on September 15, 1948 in Schenectady, New York.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
