Jill M. Survilla, age 39, of Kentwood, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at home.
The daughter of Michael Survilla & Pamela (Clearwaters) Willcutt, she was born on November 13, 1975 in Kalamazoo.
Surviving are her parents; two sons, Chase and Max; two sisters, Laura (John) Ketola, and Carol (Mickey) Rutz; nieces, Kelsey and Grace; and nephews, Austin, Drew, and Ryan.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew Community Church, 3631 Covington Rd. Kalamazoo, MI 49001. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Carol Rutz at 6438 Woodlea Dr. Kalamazoo, MI. 49048 for Jill’s children, Chase & Max.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.

So sorry to hear Jill passed away. Prayers to her family and children.
I tried as I achieved as I helped save the cherished moments that will always remain..the other my half for decades a past I failed to view the real threat of her last..as she breathed true and pure motionless still..a slight chill in our air so I covered her well..wake once more to assure her..and hug her..but found my best friend not breathing agape..hold on oh no your his mother please no..our breathing subsided. Summer solstice.undone. Love you sweetheart. ;)
