Jerry E. Allred, age 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Spectrum Health-Blodgett Campus.
The son of Julius & Ila (Wall) Allred, he was born on May 8, 1934 in Charleston, North Carolina.
May the winds of heaven blow softly… and whisper in your ear how much we love and miss you and wish that you were here.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.

Dear Lylla & Ila & family, Please accept our deepest sympathy. Ron & Jerry did not grow up together but when we found out where he was a couple of years ago they kept in touch. It’s so very sad that Jerry & his sister Phyllis passed away on the same day. Ron is the last one. Family is very important. Love & Prayers, Uncle Ron & Aunt Nina in North Carolina
