Jason Alan Slack, age 35, of Wyoming, passed away Thursday evening, August 28, 2014 at Heartland Heathcare Center-Crestview in Wyoming. The son of Micahel Lee & Joan Marian (Douma) Slack, he was born on April 27, 1979 in Grand Rapids.
Surviving are his fiancé, Brandi Sue Hutson of Wyoming; a son, William Alan Slack; two daughters, Hope Marie Slack and Maci Jae Slack; his parents, Michael & Joan Slack; his siblings, Michael Lee Slack, Suzanne Lynn Slack, Daniel Lee & Sam Slack and Kristina Joy Slack; and many nieces and nephews.
Private family services were held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Avenue S.E., Grand Rapids, and cremation followed.
