James L. Milligan, age 61, of Grand Haven, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at home.
The son of Donald & Julia (Todink) Milligan, he was born on November 12, 1953 in Mt. Pleasant.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care Grand Rapids.
