All of our family will indeed miss Jim for many reasons, among which are his story telling talents and his crack-pot shooting skills. At a family reunion in about 1998 at Jim and Carol’s home, while we all were in the backyard, a BIG snake slithered down a light pole, went across the yard, and up the closest tree. Jim calmly walked into the house, retrieved his rifle, walked back into the yard, took aim, and POW…dead snake falls out of tree! Jim had many talents, but that’s one I remember.
Yes, we will remember and think fondly of him always.
He left an impression on us all.
Our deepest sympathy to Carol and Jeff, Judy, Jill and Jon and their families

To the family and friends of Mr. Gleason; I am deeply sorry for your loss. To lose a loved one is heartbreaking. I have personally found comfort in the promise from God that we will see our loved ones again at John 5:28&29 – “for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voiceand come out”
I hope this brings you comfort as it has me. With deepest sympathies.
Thinking of you all and praying for you. May peace and love fill your hearts. With fondest memories of Uncle Jim.
Love to you all,
Shannon FitzGerald Peyton
My heart goes out to you all. Jim is a great guy!
